Trying to quite weed after 10 years of smoking every day, mostly all day. Anyone with similar experiences? I mean smashing cones all day long

It fucking sucks. The first week is rough but once you clear that you'll be fine.
One life changing event caused me to go cold turkey after 6 years.

No real benefits. Don't seem to get much more done. Tedious tasks don't get done. I'm not nearly as anal retentive about some things.
I dropped cardio. My diet is suffering now as well. The foods I ate for preworkout / after are bland.
I didn't smoke for a fucking decade but I was smoking every day for 2 years. When I quit I felt a lot more motivated to do shit tbh. I went to college shortly after and now I just stick to drinking on the weekends. Honestly man, it does end up kinda frying your brain after a long time. Just try to ween yourself off it or maybe think about all the money you could put elsewhere from not buying weed.

Whats all this crap that i've been hearing about 40 million russians being evacuated into nuclear bunkers as they are preparing for a possible nuclear strike.
All i can find is info from bullshit prepper sites and the like. I can't find anything in russian mass media talking about this.. that being said i don't speak russian and i'm using a translator. But i assume if this were to be true they would have to have some news about it so that the "40 million" could be notified about what to do.

2: America has next to no bunkers in place for an evacuation like this. The only bunkers they do have, are reserved for the elite and you're not invited.
3: Scientists think it would take 50 Nukes to ruin the Ozone layer permanently, destroying all life on Earth. Collectively, Russia and America have 10-20,000.
4: This is the biggest war evacuation in human history.
5: Russia's entire economy will grind to a complete halt once the 40 million are evacuated. Billions of dollars will be lost and a further few billion will be spent on maintaining the people inside the bunkers.
6: Each bunker in Russia can fit 8,000 people. They are all fully maintained and stocked with food and water.
7: Russia is evacuating almost double the entire population of Australia, and roughly half of the population of the UK.

Why the fuck would Russia evacuate 40 MILLION People, just for a "Drill"?
