Gedenkt die Bundesregierung für Klarheit zu sorgen und die These von der Fortexistenz des Deutschen Reiches öffentlich als unhaltbar zurückzuweisen, damit diese Behauptung nicht von Neonazis und der so genannten Reichsbürgerbewegung für ihren Gebietsrevisionismus gegenüber den EU-Nachbarländern instrumentalisiert werden kann?
-Die Bundesregierung verweist hierzu auf ihre Antwort zu Frage 27 der Kleinen Anfrage der Fraktion DIE LINKE. auf Bundestagsdrucksache 18/4076 vom 20. Februar 2015.

Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat in ständiger Rechtsprechung festgestellt, dass das Völkerrechtssubjekt „Deutsches Reich“ nicht untergegangen und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland nicht sein Rechtsnachfolger, sondern mit ihm als Völkerrechtssubjekt identisch ist (BVerfGE 36, S. 1, 16; vgl. auch BVerfGE 77, S. 137,155). Im Übrigen wird auf die Antwort der Bundesregierung zu Frage 2 der Kleinen Anfrage der Fraktion DIE LINKE. auf Bundestagsdrucksache 16/3744 vom 6. Dezember 2006 verwiesen.
