i just received my annual bonus in my checking account and thought i'd give back to you guys, but with a twist. here's a game i just made up so we can have fun instead of having another begging thread. hopefully this is more organized.
RULES OF THE GAME
1. YOU MAY ONLY ROLL 3 TIMES
2. ENTER YOUR GUESS ON THE FIRST LINE OF YOUR POST
3. ENTER YOUR CONTACT INFO (email, steamID, skype, whatever) ON THE SECOND LINE
WAYS TO WIN:
1. correctly guess the last digit of your post number:
you win an item up to $10 (excluding taxes). the item must be available on amazon prime (because i get free shipping and i have no interested in paying additional for shipping)
2. for every additional digit of your post number that you guess correctly, the value of the item increases according to this simple formula: $10 + $10*(n-1), where n = how many digits you guessed correctly. for example, if you guess the last 3 digits correctly, you win an item up to $10 + $10*(3-1) = $30. i also just realized after typing all this that i could have just said you win an additional $10 for every additional digit you correctly guess.
3) if the digits you correctly guess repeat in succession (i.e. dubs, trips, quads, etc), the overall value of the item of your choice doubles, triples, quadruples, etc, accordingly. for example, if your post ends in 333 and you correctly guess 333, you get to choose an item worth ($10 + $10*(3-1))*3 = $90
4) for every 7 in your correct guess, the value of the item you win doubles. for example, if you correctly guess that your post ends in 377, you win ($10 + $10*(3-1))*2*2 = $120
5) if you correctly guess your entire post number, i will send you $1,000 in cash through paypal.
