>multiple guards approach rock man
>rock man now thinks best idea is to do an intimidation check

>dwarfs become infuriated
>one hits rock man with end of axe hitting 16 damage
>rock man now screams out he'll pay up
>trys to deception roll

>guard hits rock man knocking him unconscious
>i see this happen outside the tavern
>decide to go back in
>bartender now notices me
>"Elf, pay up"
>I try to do a persuasion roll

>guard now hits me for 39 instantly knocking me out unconscious
>me and rock man are now being dragged to prison
>rest of group end up having to pay out 200 gold for drinks
>they find us in prison
>pay 100 gold on bail
my group blamed rock man for the whole situation and i got off scot free

/b/ have any of you been to prison? I am a man living in the US. I hear most gay sex is consensual, and I'm not afraid of that, I'm more afraid (and heard more horror stories) that I will likely have the shit kicked out of me regularly.
Some background: I am on felony probation for possession of LSD (a felony 5) and I have been on it for a year. I have gotten 4 probation violations already for weed, however, this past Wednesday I drank heavily and got wasted, and had to test the next day. In the fear that I tested postive, and prison time (6 months min. 1 year max; first time offender) is on the horizon, I want to prepare myself to the best of my ability.
Thanks in advance for any help, I'm freaking the fuck out.
