What's the easiest way to lose weight and get a more feminine body without hormones?
I am not fully sure if I am ready for hormones or to go 'all the way' with going trap, so for now I just want to work out and diet to achieve what I can to see how I like it before I consider doing hormones. Currently I am just an average cross dresser. I have wide hips and a slender face that is 50/50 with feminine/masculine looks. So I have a good chance at being able to sit in the middle and still go both ways. My girlfriend is Pan, so she is on board with with it, but wants me to still be dom evenly, so I want a mid-point where I can look like a girl and a guy when I want.
I wouldn't be getting a sex change, and that's mostly why I am avoiding hormones currently and just want to diet to achieve what I can.
I just need some advice, on workouts, or diets, or anything outside of meds that would help.
