what can one do with 15+ acres of land? pic related, im planning on starting a business with this available land but im not sure what would be good. its surrounded by a lowes, a highschool, and a walmart. im thinking a entertainment center or even movie theater as the city has ZERO entertainment facilities. want to make good use of it before some idiot buys 15 acres just to build the 1000 fast food joint in the area that will inevitably shut down within 5 years.
any ideas?

that area actually use to be part of a huge mall. directly next to it is a lowes which was the main part of said mall. pic related is said mall. this was a very long time ago tho, back in the 90s. if im not mistaken that particular area in the OP was apart of the movie theater that the mall had.

let's say 50% stay. the child will grow up in a loving family. and chances are the child will associate those positive feelings in coming from a multiracial family and will marry a white/hispanic/asian because they will think of themselves as multiracial and will want to do the same that their parents did.
Now the other 50% that didn't stay, the child will associate positive feelings from his/her white/hispanic/asian mother. all the negative will come from the media and quite possibly seeing the mother trying to get her 'black on' and seeing how she's treated. the child will not associate in being black but quite the opposite (not wanting to be in the social and economic stigma he/she sees) and will 'hopefully' go to school and rise in status and will marry white/hispanic/asian.
blacks are going to be whited out. look at the percentage of blacks vs the percentage of white (includes asian/hispanic) in the US. you would have to do some Genghis Khan levels of sex (black men on white/hispanic/asian) for the US no longer being white.
