A few years ago I was balling. I was making crazy money selling ebooks online and then did high ticket coaching where I charged $5k - $10k each. I could easily take on about 10 new clients a month and I had a waiting list. So you can do the math. Was doing 7 figures from it all. So life was good. Had a sick house on the ocean, would eat out at 5 star restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and would just walk into stores dropping racks on buying shit and not caring.
But I learned a hard lesson. No matter how much money you make you got to live BELOW your means and always saved. I was blowing money cuz I was convinced it would never end. Then I got hit hard with shit and was at rock bottom. Right now still in poverty. Taking the bus, getting food from food bank, shit sucks lol. But I'll be back on top this year. So don't be an idiot like me.

graduated college at 22 with about 40k in debt, got a job as a software dev making 60k a year with stock options at a startup, stilled lived on my college budget for food / going out ect, keep my same car I paid off working in high school. Got married at 24, wife makes about 50k, bought a 180k house now worth about 450k.
Startup got bought out and I made about 150k in stock, got hired at the new place making 100k a year, wife got promoted making 70k, paid off the house with the stock and tight budget and bought another one. Its about doubled in value and we make around 900 a month after the tenants pay the mortgage so we started investing aggressively. Last parent then died and left me about 700k, bought another rental paid off, invested the rest, made like 35% in the last 3 years in the stock market.
