As for repairs, the TEP the material many cheaper sexdolls are made from isn't the most durable thing, Tears and scratches tend to happen. Staining is also a common problem due to TEP being an oil based polymer. as long as you stick to cotton clothes and are sure to wash them before you put them on your doll than it should be fine.

as long as they are stored and maintained, they should last until material breakdown actually occurs, which for TPE is probably 10-15yrs and 20yrs or more for silicone. The skeletons will probably break down before then in that case though.
