So i'm 27, still live at home, can't get a good job to move out, can't even find a bad job actually right now just to afford basic shit, I manage to fuck up or quit everything i do eventually, my mom verbally abuses me and harasses any friends or girls i meet at their jobs until they stop talking to me.
yesterday she got in a fight with me over shoprite not hiring me after i already have apped 3 times in 2 months & been in person trying to get a job. This is just one of many places, but my mom always sees a hiring sign, so she keeps bringing it up.

I volunteer at soup kitchens sometimes, so I pretty much handpicked people who I thought were legitimately just shit-out-of-luck and not mentally disabled, addicts or otherwise fucked up.
Once we got them a job and everything I gave them several months running start for rent, helped them get into relevant part-time school courses and shit.
Honestly I knew it wouldn't be perfect but it was still mega-upsetting every time one fell apart
