I'm killing myself early 2017 (once my life insurance policy covers suicide).
I own a condo with life insurance covering the mortgage. I have 189K in life insurance through my work.
I've been planning on this for a very long time. But I'm not sure how I want to distribute the insurance.
Mom - crazy asshole, rich anyway, nothing
Sister 1 - not close with, rich, probably leaving nothing
Sister 2 - has lots of money (waitress who gets lots in tips) but is not rich, doesn't claim tips so is poor on paper
Dad - high income, not really "rich" due to debts, poor money management (esp after the divorce), also isn't really the father I needed. Originally I planned on leaving everything to him amd figured he'd help Sister 2 out and leave her money when he dies
But now there's this girl I dated in 2013. She dumped me but we stayed friends. Occasionally dipping into "more than friends". But mostly just friends. She's been one of my best friends these last few years (other than the guys I've been friends with since I was a kid). She's pregnant. The father was murdered. She's not well off at all, often when I'd invite her out to dinner she'd say "not until Thursday when I get paid, I have $13 in my bank account". Sometimes I'd insist she let me pay. She'd always return the favour when she could though, even though she could barely afford it.
Out of these people she's clearly the most needy. She's the poorest by far, and with a baby on the way that's only going to get much worse.
What should I leave her? I was thinking 50% of the 189K. Thoughts? Who do I leave the rest to? I was thinking my dad and just letting him figure things out.
I can only discuss this anonymously for obvious reasons, and I've been coming here for almost a decade, so I'm asking for advice.

To be truthful, I don't think you should commit suicide. If you still want to commit suicide, then you should probably leave your dad and sister 2 75% of your 189k. You should leave your mom and sister 1 5% altogether because your mom probably helped you in the past in some way(same goes for your 1st sister). Lastly, I suppose leaving your 'friend' 20% is good enough. This is my opinion but I hope by the end of 2016, you change your mind in committing suicide. Take care!
