SOCIAL ANXIETY HELP
Im 20 and i never leave the house anymore. I have a constant fear of being judged or just noticed in general. I can barely even maintain eye contact with someone in conversation. I rarely hang out with friends and holding onto a job is something i always fail at. This is ruining my life and i don't know how to fix it. I feel like a constant burden to my family and i know i'm disappointing everyone including myself. And before you say just kill yourself, that's not an option because it would destroy my family. I know is gay but i just have an overwhelming fear when i'm around people. Any advice on fixing this?
