I'm trying to make pawsocks but I have a very tricky problem on my hands.
I'm wanting to make them with four toes, but of course there needs to be a 2D fabric pattern that can be sewn together and the toes end up overlapping in said fabric pattern.

Pawsocks.
Not full-on furry, but I found a stretchy velvety material that could make for some super comy socks.
I'm thinking four-toed socks with slight pawpads, equalising the sizes of the toes using foam.
Problem is that because of the toes I can't see how to make the socks using a single piece of fabric, and that's ignoring details such as the angle of the fabric (the velvet has a grain and only stretches in one direction) and making sure that there aren't seams where they'd be uncomfortable.
