Poor kids, so we didn't go to McDonalds very often when we were kids but I do remember one time when I was a kid I dropped my ice cream cone on the floor. Pretty much devastated.
The lady behind the counter came around, cleaned up the mess, then picked me up so I could hold the cone while she poured the ice cream for me again. Funny how 30 some odd years later that shit just sticks.
