Personally I loved it. It was an arcade beat-em-up with levels and multiple character classes and sub-classes. The userbase is fairly decent, not much elitism until you start getting into the end game gear grind. Even then as long as you aren't a retard most people will give you one try before kicking you. The biggest problem is everything is a grind. Everything. You grind to level up your grinding ability to grind more stuff to grind. They even have in game grinders to grind up grinded stuff that isn't worth your grind. KMMO in a nutshell really.

You CAN solo the end game stuff. The real issue is gear. If you don't have decent stuff you ARE going to have a bad time.
Also, more classes are better at the gimmicky stuff than others. Just game mechanics like Grabs, I Frames, Not Touching the Ground, Magical vs Physical Damage, Percentage vs Fixed damage, all of these add up to a character being able to solo stuff easily and not being able to.
