I'm not that much of a coffee drinker but I wish I could have a constant supply of the coffee I had in Morocco last year. It tasted amazing, even without milk and I generally don't like it without.

I don't know the words to describe it. There's a reason the word strength is used. Darker roasts are bolder, like something at a heavier concentration. Light roasts are less overpowering and strong, they have less body on the palate, but they still have a powerful taste so the distinction is really something you have to experience and develop.
