Honda CB250-R, CB400 or any of the CB500s
Suzuki Inazuma 250
Depends on riding style to be honest. The 500s are probably the best for non-skellies simply because they are limited with their throttles. The Ninja and 250-R gets to speed, but they are more racing style and racing spec, so they need to be maintained at a higher RPM. I still use my CB400 Hyper Revo for daily use, have hit 160 kph and still love it. If you have the money for the Vulcan, make sure you enjoy the ride on it. Seat looks real low, so itll feel like your feet are grazing the road at times. Ive gone knee down on my bike unexpectedly and I nearly lost it.
