If you want to grapple and bite you should consider utilizing your daemonic heritage; depends on what the DM allows.
You could add a full blown half-demon template or the like.
Ordinary class advancement is not optimal for characters you could describe as 'brutes'.

Lets say im in a weird "course" between highschool and university that I already regretted joining a million times.

Somewhat, I guess. The DM is almost certainly familiar with the matters to some extend. If you say you want to grapple, pin, bite it also makes a lot of sense....
however: you shouldn't forget this isn't a combat game. Of course you're just starting out, but you should always try to make your character useful in diverse ways.
D&D is slightly fucky in that it's usually not well balanced.
The DM always has to try to keep everything on an roughly equal level, but regardless, a Fighter is useful in fights only unless he can also do something else (which he can't since it's a shitty class).
