I don't really have a schedule, even. SInce I've stopped working my days have 25-28 hours depending on what I do. So I sleep all over the place and nobody ever knows if I'm gonna be awake or not.
Then when I need to go somewhere at a specific time I fix that by staying up longer every day until I wake up when I mean to. Weird and unhealthy process but I like it that way.
