Hey guys its Sick-kun,
For you guys who don't know me, I started a thread a couple days ago asking for help from medfags regarding making a fake doctors note. I wrote a greentext story that everybody liked so I'll start dumping it now too so I can get some help.
I made a template which I'm going to post below, wanna know if it looks believable for once i turn it in.
