This doesn't surprise me at all; teaching has become an effeminate profession in the West, so the few males who actually work at public schools - usually as math or various 'science' instructors - are either pre-emasculated or emasculate themselves to operate in that environment.
I've seen white students act in the exact same way as this nigger in OP's video and saw the teacher - another overweight middle-aged white man - do essentially nothing about it. Public schools are little more than poorly run prisons for undisciplined children, niggers included.
Bringing corporal punishment back to schools would fix most of these bullshit issues. Hire veterans again for teachers, bar them from being sued, and encourage the rod (or the fist) for all disciplinary problems. Either that or separate the animals from the normal kids and treat their class like the prison they desire. Let the kids that want to learn have decent environments again. Only two options.
