I'm fat. I'm 6'4. When I was a kid I got up to 320 lbs. When I was 15 I tried losing weight and got down to 180 lbs. I'm 25 and I'm back up to 280. I gained 40 lbs after starting anti-depressants but honestly losing weight isn't even hard. I just have very little drive to lose weight. But it literally isn't hard it just takes some drive, which only lazy and inconsiderate people lack.

Things couldn't be better. It's easy to stop being a fat-ass, just have some self control and stick to a plan and don't give up because it's just easier.
