I don't know, it should really point ot what "decriminalized" means, because it most certainly isn't acceptable to smoke weed here in Finland. Yeah many many people do smoke it, but you still get fined over it. Also it is "legal" as a medication, but even if it is, still our doctors get threatened if they give permission to use cannabis as a medication. They are afraid to lose theri medical license, so just under 400 people every ear get permission for medical cannabis. And they have to re-apply for that prescription every year. So yeah... under 400 patients even though there are tens of thousands who could use cannabis as a medicine. Including over 4000 children with epilepsy, over 1 000 000 people with pains, using opioids and strong painkillers and such.
So yeah, I really don't see any connections when Finland is in that "decriminalized" list.
