I made tomato soup & bread.
2 each Celery, carrots, garlic & veg stock.
2 tins of tomatoes.
1l-1.5l of water depending on taste.
Salt ,pepper and dried basil.
Cook veg for 10-15 min and then simmer everything together for 10 min. Cream optional.
1bsp honey, tbsp yeast, tbsp salt.
1 & 1/2 cups of water.
Let sit till foamy.
3-4 cups of flour(optional garlic granules(1sp-tbsp depending on taste) & whatever herbs, mix & knead for 10, shape and let sit for at least 20.
I served 5 people with full bowls and there's a quarter of it left.
Cut small to cook faster(before leaving to sit pref) 20-30 minutes.
