If you don't want to hurt people and still be getting high learn to controll the drug by context, the most effective way.
For example, I only take weed while I'm home alone since I become a 2yo baby that can't even think, since I've adapted my brain to that context I have no tentations of smoking out of that situation.
The same goes for cocaine (only when drunk & partying) and for the speed (only when I wan't to disconect from my work on weekends, as today.)(Yes, speed relaxes me mentally, my body gets a pump tho).
That or get rid of it, there are tons of alternatives to it, just find the drugs that complete your "experience needs" and put them on a context and bow to never do it out of it until ur brain reprograms itself.
