Not really. It's within our personal liberties.
Now, some specific topics like the bathroom stuff, the hate speech laws and whether or not children should be able to transition do reach outside individual liberties and you are free to oppose such ideas.
Personally, I like the idea of gender neutral bathrooms. It's a way better idea than try to mess up with the normal bathrooms, hate speech laws are a key ingredient for dystopia and of course children do not have enough understanding as to engage in such a life changing process as transition.

I think half the argument around trans issues would vanish if better, more consistent, language had been used instead of insisting that a boy is a girl and making the choice of what pronouns other people use in describing folks an issue. I think most people use language to describe the externally appraiseable sex rather than the internally present identity.
Finding a way to be fair among people can be difficult at time.
I've been arguing that the nebulous term "gender", in it's redefined meaning of "cross-section of sex, gender traits, gender roles, attraction" would be better replaced with the term "gestalt gender".
I think the term well captures the meaning that people are trying to get across through "gender", and would be less confusing for people that have never heard gender used outside of sex or vocabulary.
Of course, I don't know any trans people in my life. The life of a recluse is rarely gifted in large numbers of acquaintances. So I am curious how these opinions would be taken by a person actively undergoing a physical transition towards their ideal self.

It's a misstep in the natural process. It's not a decision anyone made. It's like saying a tornado is unethical. The transition process, on the other hand, doesn't affect anyone but me, so it's restricted to my personal liberties only. The pronoun thing is not something I'm trying to legally enforce but something I'm asking from person to person, so it is really totally ethical.
However, while a supposed success of eugenics would get magnificent results, that success is not only just potential but in any case obtained by the voluntary creations of no one knows what. It's not far from the terrible results of the use of Agent Orange on Vietnam.
