Of course, furiend. I'm more than happy to help others. People are too hard on themselves, and I was too for many years, and while I did know it I didn't attempt to change it until a couple years ago. I'm so much better and happier than I used to be, (and being medicated certainly helped a lot too) and I wish everyone could do the same. Life is too short to worry about stupid little things like that. Everyone deserves happiness, love, and to love themselves.
