It does suck, the keys are a little more squished together and it takes getting used to.

Windows 7 64bit, graphics card is AMDRadeon R7 200, it was prebuilt from Fry's, it can run a good few games without lagging but not the higher quality ones. It's just a normal gaming pc, nothing fancy.
