1. That is not actually blood pooled under her head. (it's too viscous and the wrong color.)
2. There's apparently "investigators" on scene. I use scare quotes because they're wearing tactical boots, which most investigators don't wear. (investigators != door kickers)
(Note: I say they're investigators because they're both wearing tactical boots, which someone might grab if wanting to play a cop. There are three visible pairs of boots in the scene. And yes, they're all boots. You can tell by the treads.)
3. Despite investigators on scene (meaning at least an hour later), there's no sign of coagulation.
4. Blood spatter on her face is consistent with multiple splashes, not a single splash.
5. There is no visible sign of blood loss or displacement, which should appear as bruising on the underside of limbs and around the edges of her ear, combined with paleness everywhere else.
6. The blood hasn't soaked into her hair at all (I know, this is related to it being too viscous from #1, but still).
7. Investigators standing around, staring at the body as is happening here only ever really happens in Hollywood. We usually get straight to work processing the scene, so the funeral home can take the body away.
The male pic might be real, but I doubt it, given that it's taken against the same flooring, against a wall the same color, with the same moulding.

Then, he shot himself in the jaw, but was rescued by local firemen who took him to the hospital João XXIII, where he is currently at, still alive but in severe condition.
