Currently benching 150 for 3 sets of 10. Just started. My one-rep max wasn't much better. About 180. My goal for the end of the summer is 250 for a single rep max. I've been doing mostly isometrics, not real lifts. I do about 100 pullups a day, but my chest isn't where I want it yet. Very lean, not a lot of muscle mass. 6 foot, 150lb. 30yo.

'a day'.....you do realize even bodyweight exercises need 48 hours rest right? if you just keep burning away at the muscles, theyll deteriorate or at the least, give you no gains.

also your weight is total shit for a 30 year old thats 6 feet. you need to eat waaaaaaaay more food. thats why your chest is shit. if you want some chest, you should be on a bulk diet eating 7 meals a day

dumbells are way better. they force all your stabalizer muscles to engage to hold the weights up. you get way more ripped way faster with dumbell lifting
