On a good week I make $4k, but typically it's more like $3k. No capital involved, I have a deal with the city. 40% and in exchange I get to use their new facility (which is great) and I appear in their advertising. Off-seasons I make fuck all from that business. I'm planning in five years to get my own land set up so I can service local schools in the winter, because in this state they do that with overnight camps, but for now I'm doing other kinds of assorted jobs while kids are in school. But I make enough in a summer to live at the poverty rate year round, so any additional work I do is really just bonus. I could also service homeschools as I am now, but in terms of payoff and work I'd rather have my time available for other things.
