since yours is TPE i woudlnt reccomend that. its hard to work with, especially with holes that large.
there are two companies i know currently with internal heating. Z-onedoll and Realdoll.
the mechanics of it are easy enough, problem is heat control. TPE actually has a pretty low melt point and is not very durable in those conditions. Z-one has had many melt due to the settings being off when they still did TPE dolls.
if you were set on it, using your current doll to create a mold and doing a brew it yourself skeleton with silicone would probably be a better option.
TPE dolls are usually also all the way to the skeleton, no free space to mount anything.
