I finally quit after 6 years
I seriously wish that more people in my city would switch over to vaping. The town is littered with cigarette butts and its disgusting, the constant smell of cigarettes is even worse. I don't vape myself but I think it's a lot more tolerable and safer than cigarettes.

Quit smoking after 15 years thanks to vaping. The problem is that vaping decided it wants to be a subculture, and it's not, it's just smoking. Some mods look gay as fuck, and some people are so cancerous about it, but if you want to quit smoking then why would you care. It's a better alternative than any other nicotine replacement.

I used it to quit smoking. I lowered my nicotine level over time to zero. Was doing good for a month... no smoking, no vaping. Then I went to a seafood festival with a group of friends. Most of whom were smokers. Being intoxicated for roughly 2.5, I started smoking. Have yet to start vaping again. My heart just isn't int it. I love tobacco, especially combined with alcohol.

Started vaping and started to feel better. Breathing was easier and felt more energy.
10 years later now, it's been at least a year since any cigarette. I've hiked mountains over a mile high, I fuck longer, harder, more intense. I can surpass everyone at work, got 3 promotions in 2 years.
Vaping can be gay as fuck, but it's opened a door in my life where I still get nicotine, but the tar shit isn't killing everything about what I love.
I get it, you can see the cloud and it's annoying g to smell candy scents.
Think of this though. Every time you breathe it's like that puff of smoke flowing out and surrounding others. The stank of your filthy unkempt teeth, the infection in your obese esophagus, all wafting out with your regular breath to envelope wherever you are no different than the vape.

Just because you can't see a bright white cloud doesn't mean it isn't there.

I use one to curb my smoking, but I try to keep it discreet. Pretty much when I'm on break at work, driving, or at home. A pack of smokes now last me 1-1/2 to 2 weeks depending.

I started vaping to help me get of cigarettes, was a packa day smoker for 10 years and when they hit around $30 a pack here in Aus, i couldn't afford to keep smoking so i looked for an alternative, it worked well..

In my experience of running a vape shop most people just want to quit the fags and typically pick up a mouth to lung device, and most people stick to it for a while...
Then they'll upgrade to something more higher powered, with a screen and adjustable wattage, thicker higher VG juice and lower nicotine

Most of the job is explaining to people it's about power vs resistance. Higher ohm Coils = mouth to lung = less power = more battery life. Lower ohm Coils = < 0. Something = sub ohm = more power and more vapor production = decreased battery life
