She basically starts of, critizing women for pretending to be the victim in society, goes on to explain how men are brought up, mostly by their mother, to feel certain desires, like being a provider and how masculinity is defined and ends it with a very sober and rational example on how a society with true equality might look like.
I can recommend it very much, just keep in mind things have changed a little, since her first book and the women are partly new and partly old behavior. Just like men sometimes dig out behavior, that seems like it was from two centuries ago.
She also points out the fact, that when you criticize a woman, everyone will jump in to safe her. Not simply because, there are reasons and men get something out of it. But it something that is easily observable and still true.
