The XBOX ONE X has slightly better hardware than the PS4 PRO, but only very slightly. It really depends more on which exclusives you want, and Xbox has been WAY behind on that front. Also take into consideration the controller. Go to a store and play around with the ones they have on display. I like the DualShock 4 controller, and I even use it on PC. I used to use Xbox controllers, but the DS4 is just so nice in the hand.

Depends. PC is infinitely superior for a lot of reasons. Gaming isn't really one of them at this point. I know this because I have a beefy PC, both consoles, and I use my PC for work as a 3D modeler. Xbox really doesn't have a whole lot of exclusives that are worth it like sony does. I do like the xbox live better than PSN, and I personally feel like I have less connection problems on live as well, and most of the free games that both offer, I feel xbox gives away some better ones. I still think ps4 is better because of the exclusives alone though.

The Xbox One controller is, in the West, the most ergonomic mainstream controller option. It's larger, fills the palm, and curves just right. The PS4 controller is more ergonomic for smaller hands (mostly in the East), and shoulder buttons are insanely fragile.

I'm 6'3 and have big hands. I prefer DualShock4. What you say about snapping a DS4 controller, I can do with an XB1 controller just as easily. If anything, I'd say DS4 feels sturdier, and I have them both sitting in front of me right now. No clue what you're talking about with the shoulder buttons, either. I beat the hell out of my controllers, and both of them are tough enough to withstand it.
