Hello,

I am looking for a good VPN provider. A company that won't store my IP or share any information regarding the VPN contract.

If I get good answers I'll share some random steam cd-key.

PIA
>>
>>768586777
You mean this? https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/
>>
>>768586777
PIA is good, but its US based so is subject to US laws. If you want to just be anon on the internet its your best bet, but if the FBI comes with a warrant its pretty useless
>>
Or you could just not be a fucking pedo and you will be fine
>>
>>768587231
that is what he means. its the most common and the cheapest, but see my comment >>768587274

from what I hear Windscribe is good. You dont need to provide an email or a name, its $10 more than privateinternetaccess but you can pay in bitcoin, or the free service gives you 10gb/month for free. Also its canada based
>>
>>768587507
I'm not a pedo you faggot.
>>
>>768587507
you do understand that every site you go to gathers data on you, right? sure maybe its as harmless as "hey this guy is googling dog food, lets show him dog food ads" but do you really want an encyclopedia of your history being stored and sold?
>>
>>768587761
Yeah thats what a pedo would say you baby-dicked baby dicker
>>
>>768586647
Nord VPN is good. 0 logs kept.
>>
>>768586647
PIA but it is US based so beware.
Nord VPN is based somewhere in bumfuck for all we know and claims that it doesn't store logs and doesn't even log at all. Take that as you will.

As far as performance, I've used both, they're booth good. I suffered no down/up loss just (of course) higher ping but that is inevitable.

If you want my personal opinion? Go with Nord. I'd rather take the gamble and hope they're true to their word and sit somewhere in bumfuckville in the Pacific in a Country with no real government and keep no logs than a service that openly operates from within the US.
>>
Get a bunch of cheap VPS hosts in various countries and run your own.
>>
>>768587507
Thats what PIA is for basically. anything but really illegal stuff. If you wanna pirate stuff PIA and use one of the servers with port forwarding outside USA.
>>
>>768588261
I've thought about that as well. But the thing is we are in the same situation.

first I've to make a payment in order to purchase de VPN. Usually that leaves data behind. Second, I don't know what are they going to do with my information, or if they will store logs, share them in case someone request them.
>>
>>768586647
ovpn.to or Perfect Privacy. Every CC/PP/wire accepting VPN provider is unsafe!
I use ovpn.to for years for fraud and other cybercrime related stuff, never got busted
>>
>>768588778
Well That's useful.

I want something that cant be tracked back,
A service that won't store my information or anything in case they get a request for it.
Ty dude.
>>
>>768588711
You're going to have that problem everywhere unless you pay with bitcoin or some fucking thing. And no matter where you go there will be logs. It doesn't matter if they say there are no logs, there are logs.
>>
>>768589000
>I want something that cant be tracked back,
>A service that won't store my information or anything in case they get a request for it.

Doesn't exist. You can speculate on safety but unless you use a throwaway computer in a public wifi network to pay in bitcoin you bought in person you are on the books.
>>
>>768587274
It is US based and subject to US laws, but the company cannot provide information to the authorities or other agencies if it does not retain said information in the first place. PIA has been the only VPN that I've used where I am not forwarded some shitty copyright violation hatemail.
>inb4 shill
Just an average user sharing my experiences. Have used 4 different VPNs over the years.
>>
>>768588778
Nice try Mr. FIB
>>
another for PIA

i like their statement after the net neutrality was voted out.
>>
>>768589000
np
if u pay with btc, wash them (like bitixer or btc->moinero->btc) and use clean wallets, best is electrum
>>768589120
they do exist, but ami fags doesn't know shit about privacy xD
>>768589161
you're welcome, faggot
>>
>>768589276
yo dude, just a question.

how would you wash eth from myetherwallet.

ETH -> somerandomweb like coinpayments-> monero -> monero using windows client app -> clean ?
>>
just use airplane mode on your phone. its free and easy
>>
>>768589130
PIA is still required to keep those logs due to US law and chances are they do store those logs whatever they say they really do. For torrents basically any VPN will do that isn't exactly owned by MacAffee or some other shitshow company. If you want to go into the territory of whistle blowers, selling/buying of zero day exploits, what ever is the current day version of the silk road you better choose carefully.

>>768589276
No they don't. There are VPN providers that might not share their logs but they still have them. And no system is safe. If anyone with half a brain and a pc want's them they will find a way to breach the datacenter and find the logs. Best chances are VPN Providers in a "country" in the middle of the pacific that doesn't have any legal contracts with the US, the EU, Russia, China, etc. But that still leaves the problem of the fact that they still have breachable datacenters.

NordVPN. Based in Panama, no logs, and speeds are great.
>>
>>768589529
o an u get a cool airplane icon
>>
>>768589228
PIA is located in US so they could be forced to give their logs to government, I use Nord VPN because their servers are located in Panama a jurisdiction that does not obey US laws
>>
>>768589704
No vpn speeds are great nice try
>>
>>768589437
eht -> monero (vpn and shapeshift.io) -> eth (new wallet, made with vpn). u could use a cascade of free vpns for that or a open wifi.
>>768589551
big nope, there are providers without logging, exspecially if they run everything in the ram -> no power no logs
and i know what i'm talking about. i used to fill and cash out faked bankaccounts (called bankdrops), i carded a lots of stuff at posts hops or empty houses/flats, i made a little fortune with that and ther's no way the police, interpol or whatever can track me down via internet...
>>
>>768589806
I have had zero issues with Nord. Obviously, I'm not getting my full speeds, but I'm getting about 85% of it.
>>
>>768586647
Express vpn is best no logs and no reports of helping others who may be intrested in what your doing its fast af too just pricy
>>
>>768589551
>Required to keep logs by law
Citation needed. No company is required to create or retain connection logs in the US. Most simply do so as a means of covering their own asses. US law cannot compel data collection by private entities, only to allow law enforcement or agents thereof to gain access to what is already collected.
>>
>>768589865
>run everything in the ram
Nigger there are logs before and after your shitty spicrun VPN provider. You can't say there's no way they can track you down. Best think of it as "they haven't tracked me down yet". But you keep doing your nigger scams.
>>
>>768590245
you have no idea how shit works, haven't you?
>>
>>768590357
Not at all. You keep on doing what you do, it'll be just fine.
>>
>>768586647
Torguard
>>
>>768589865
No power no logs assumes two things, no physical access (Granted very unlikely but has been done before) and that anyone notices something is up. Someone interested in breaching the system needs to be lucky once, the sysadmin needs to be lucky every time.

There are always logs somewhere. Your system might be perfect but if it isn't a closed system it is simply not secure.

Also if you think you can't be tracked down because your system is so secure ask good ol Dread Pirate Robert how that worked out for him.

You haven't been caught yet but eventually you will attract too much heat or piss of the wrong person and you will be done fucked. Time is all it takes.
>>
>>768589130
ahh, I have no experience using it, but when there are 100 other vpn choices I would rather go with something that is not based in US
>>
>>768590566
you know that this stupid pirate used his real-life gmail adress? and he dindn't know anything about privacy, TOR only is insecure as fuck.
the only way to hack good vpns is via man -in-the-middle attack. but i don't care about that i use: open wifi -> vpn provider 1 -> vpn provider 2 -> ssh socks5 -> tor/vicsocks it's not fast, but secure
>>
>>768586647
Cyber ghost is pretty good. been using it for years now
>>
>>768590986
cyberghost logs and give the logs to the authorities
>>
>>768590819
did you bounce it off a satellite too you nigger? at no point in any of that are you secure. the only thing you are is "not a priority at this time".
>>
>>768590819
>and he dindn't know anything about privacy
Weird how thousands of hackers couldn't breach such a high value target and it needed some good old questionably legal FBI fuckery to even find a flaw in his system that could have exposed the servers IP address.

>the only way to hack good vpns is via man -in-the-middle attack
If you truly believe that you are lost. Simply no other way to state it.

>>
>>768591278
>How could they possibly keep logs they clearly said they wouldn't!
>>
>>768591278
Yeah, Mega said the same thing yet oddly enough they kept enough info to be able to forward complaint emails. Some of them get real creative in their interpretation when it comes to the marketing.
>>
just get a VPS from somewhere like Digital Ocean for 5$ a month and run your own logless OpenVPN server
>>
You niggers need to learn what a VPN is and what a VPN is not. A VPN does not hide you or anonymize your traffic. It was never designed to do that or anything like that. The best option you have is the Tor router project, and that can be gamed by governments running their own exit nodes.

In order for your packets to get from you to whatever dodgy thing or site you're interested in and back to you they have to know where they are going. That means your IP address. You're not hiding anything you fucktards.
>>
>>768591869
This. At the very best you rely on security through obscurity due to your traffic being just a drop in the ocean, but due to a million external factors you are still uniquely identifiable.
>>
im not paying for shit. list all the vpns that have free trials thanks
>>
>>768592477
Nice bait. keep trying virgin fag.

I appreciate all the answers.
>>
>>768592088
It's worse than that. If one of your vaunted logless VPN hosts catches the ire of some government sting operation because there's a shit ton of child porn or something going through it, you're now caught up in the net. It's not going to help you if you claim up and down that all you were doing was simple wire fraud, you didn't have anything to do with that cheese pizza. Nope, you'll just become another notch on some AG's desk. You absolute fucking morons.
>>
>>768592633
what bait? link the free ones idiot

the worst discord server ever

Torguard. (Once PIA). Reasons:
- ez to use app for desktop and phone
- 50+ base countries to get an IP from (near instant after selecting)
- can pay with Gift Cards and such
- Anonymous Email Service included

As for the logging, they claim the keep no log, but yeah, that's wishful thinking I would reckon, for any (if not all) paid VPN clients. They for sure won't part with it easily.
>>
>>768593160
*for any (if not all) paid VPN clients have to keep logs. For how long I'm uncertain tbh.
>>
>>768592681
Once again this. Once theres enough traffic the thing is burned. When not if it becomes a high value target you will be caught in the net if you are interesting enough.
>>
>>768591278
Who says that those 3 sentences:
"Do we..."
"No."
"Why?"
are anyhow related?
