The body, where possible tries it's best to maintain a balance. When you start fucking with that balance, things go wrong fast and when you shut bit's of anatomy down (I.E the testicles) It can be a chew on to restart them, failure to do so will burn out your body and leave you in rags. It's either TRT or HRT. Most guys obviously opt for TRT.
That means you get jabbed in the ass every 7 to 12 days, forever. Also, good luck being put on TRT if you have ever used gear or are under 30. The NHS doesn't like steroids.
