For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

UK worker here, no one washes their hands and the managers get funny when you stop to sanitize your greasy, mass-contaminated hands because its a waste of time.
Also just to retain some sense of heat, the preperation line is heated at a luke-warm temperature just to ensure the rapid growth of bacteria.
I watch dozens of people shit then go immediately back to preparing food, and when I mentioned this masisve health concern to the buisness manager she completely blew it off.

Used to be the exact same meal looked and tasted exactly the same across franchises. Now you one has cold hash browns, another barely uses relish, somewhere else the rashers are unedible. Also prices are really creeping up in the last couple years. Shits not really worth the price you pay for it now.

Food-wise, not give a single fuck about the quality of the fries because they go cold and hard in about 3 seconds and whenever a customer complains I'm suppose to do everything I can before offering a replacement/refund but I generally just give them a new larger amount and a free flurry because I don't fucking care about McDonalds profits while managers get massive bonuses for cutting labour to the point where I am running the entire kitchen almost by myself.
Non-food wise, we hire literal autists because of some equality program and I just get them to clean stockrooms and pick litter from the carpark because I can't stand their anime discussions and them trying to tell me about their favourite electro-swing bands.
