When it reaches the 3rd node of circuit it stays encrypted and goes through another 3 nodes (or more) to reach the unknown location of the exit service, so even if you went through a NSA exit node, The traffic stays encrypted you fuck.
Plus think of all the traffic going through the exit node to begin with, they would have to try to unencrypted all that traffic and log it, also its not tired to you one ip, its tied to a block of ips, and source destination.
