I live in spicland and theres this place next to my house that every weekend, plays loud af Spanish music and has a bunch of low iq assholes drinking in the street and shouting at each other, because you know spics don't talk in normal people voices ever. Anyway I'm getting really fucking tired of this bullshit and I know once the summer comes itll only get worse. Now the obvious answer would be to call the cops, except I already tried that and they literally don't do shit. They don't even bother showing the fuck up. It's fucking ridiculous
Now I'm 50/50 that there is a chance this place doesn't even have a liquor license to begin with, but who am I suppose to call about that? Other than that, what other options are there?

I'm not trolling you, but if you have no means to control your life (i.e. moving to a place YOU desire as opposed to living somewhere OTHERS price out for you) then you don't get any say in virtually anything.
You can voice your dissatisfaction all you want, because you can, but don't expect anything to change. I am not interested in how things got this bad for you, but you have to ask yourself, was this a series of circumstances beyond your control or did you lead a life of decisions that removed all your power as a consequence?
If it's the former, then you may as well go out to party with said spics and try to make the best of your shitty situation. If it's the latter, you may as well do the same, since you are no different from the spics you so despise.
