no, if anything the heat burned off all the paint, or possibly it was weathered away from being outside.
I say this because the file drawer label frames are still on the cabinet doors. they would have to have been removed in order to sand evenly as it would appear were it sanded at all, and in that case, there would have been no point in putting them back.
