4) I agree but would like to add more time to the training and at the end of the course have a comprehensive hands on test of demonstrating how to use, transport, clean, and store firearms.
5) I disagree with this because this would set a precedent that officers must always follow a law/orders which is of an authoritarian mind set. If the government local or federal passes an unconstitutional law I want the police to have the same mindset as our military in that they will refuse to obey such a law. An example of this would be weapons ban like DC v. Heller.
