I'm not OP, but I did work at subway. I didn't give a fuck what kind of sandwiches the customers ordered, but people would often get double meat, extra cheese and bacon, but then get a diet coke.
I never wanted to piss the customers off, not because I cared, but because I didn't want to be hassled by them or management.
