Whenever I try to make actual fried rice I include way too much shit so it ends up more like a wet stir fry that doesn't keep well and tastes bland because everything's so blended. Ideally I'd learn how to make actual yakisoba or pancit or whatever but I'm too impatient to get good at cooking.
