I'm not saying that's the case with all Ruger pistols. the American or whatever was garbage and there's a few others that are pure garbage. but the sr40c is one of those weird times where they just get everything right. I usually hate .40s but the gun is just too good. the old ruger p90 pistols are fucking great too.
I like Ruger, I have an LCR 38 special with a Crimson Trace that is very good. But the Walther PPS or PPQ is probably better. But really, Ruger is great on giving value with no frills for a decent price.
SIGSauer P365. 11 rounds capacity in an extremely compact package. Shoots nice as well.

Well I agree. I had her shoot the LCR 38 special and she said the trigger was too hard. She liked the LCP and far be it from me to stand in her way of the gun she wanted. My dad at least got himself a Walther PPQ the same day as his first gun and every day carry, and handled it well.
