This is an old Turkish trick that healed my acne entirely; I can't find a link that explains why it works but in your condition it couldn't hurt to try.
Get a cup. Fill half of it with vinegar (apple cider vinegar works best but any kind of vinegar will work) and fill the other half with mineral water (like perrier soda)
That's all there is to it. Apply the solution to your face before showering, leave it on for 5-10 minutes. It should feel tingly.
If you want the best way to apply it I'd recommend getting a spray bottle so you can evenly mist it across your face.. Just pouring it on will work too tho.
Good luck man, please post more of your acne pics that's outrageous

1. Wash your face with something that isnt bar or hand soap. Preferably find something gentle and not too expensive. Some people have had luck with the medicated stuff but I did not.
2. Moisturize target areas right before bed. (forehead, bridge of nose, cheaks) This is where brand matters so don't get cheap greasy shit. It has to be specifically for your face, I use Clinique and its amazing.
3. Arguably this is THE most important step as it made all the difference for me. Buy 7 pillowcases and a new pillow. Replace the pillowcase with a clean one every. single. night. and keep them clean.
>Drink lots of water
