I personally don't find it wrong(sibling/cousin anyway) , but the reason most people see it as wrong is because the possible deformed offspring, though it doesn't really happen like that. There's also a other side to the coin, if a parent and a child have sex, people can also come to the conclusion that the child was exploited by the parent. The offspring of incest doesn't really show any signs of mutations or defects if it's the first generation of incest, usually after a significant amount generation's things begin to get noticeable. People that have experiences with breeding animals know when these changes usually occur. Incest only begins to become a problem when there's a small gene pool in a community or if incest continues for multiple generations.
