Am i an alcoholic if I use vodka to do things that would usually make me feel uncomfortable? Even if I don't generally drink otherwise. For example: If I need to go outside to do something, and a neighbor may look at me, I will take a couple of shots in order to get started. Mostly its about interaction with other people.

but thats just a ridiculous level, ive never taken more than 2 xanax at once, and one used to do it for me. I took 6 one night and didnt feel anything. but also with the adderall, only 3 days of use (~40mg / day) is enough to build a tolerance?

how much xanax are you taking? and how often? yes benzo tolerance is a very real thing and can be dangerous.
also you will hardly notice the effects of higher doses of xanax, but the people around you sure will.

Xanax is only really good for anxiety if you don't have it you won't notice it's effects until you take enough that it becomes a sedative. And 3 days seems completely normal especially for a new user you can notice tolerance building on your second dose as your body becomes more used to it adderal is supposed more effective as medication once you build tolerance.

how often does this happen btw? how many drinks would you be having weekly? you're only using the alcohol to deal with the anxiety of social situations, and thankfully there are hundreds of other way healthier ways to do it. look up trusted doctors around you and visit one of them if you can.

I don't have shots to go to my car to go to work. If I have to go outside and do something that will cause me to stay exposed for a while, then I will have a shot or two. If I have to walk the dog when there is a lot of activity on the street, I will have shots. If I have to meet a contractor or something, I will also have at shot. Just makes it easier for me. Yo I was recently prescribed 200mg a day of itraconazole for a week. I started taking them on monday and I was wondering if its fine to drink alcohol with it. I have a great tolerance. Also smoke spliffs but that should be fine too right? Ty

Hey mate, Kratom might be something for you but what's been working for me is Adderall/Vyvanse. It distracts you from it, and I'm not talking a little pain, I was on Morphine before. Now im on a Vicadine 2x a week from 2x a day when pain flares up.
