Dude, in divorce i don't have a choice. I had to list the things i wanted (she listed the things she wanted, she didn't want my car but got it anyway) and my lawyer battled for the stuff i wanted. the process of divorce is heavily weighed for the woman as they think men as at fault for the marriage failing.
i made this thread because i only discovered recently that my wife didn't want the car she got. i understood at the time of divorce that i would probably lose most my belongings but in the end still get to see my kids i was raising as well as i could.
