Select the outline of the top or whatever
Ctrl+J to create a duplicate layer from that selection.
Ctrl+L to tweak the levels a bit to help you see the outline of nipples and whatnot
After that it's just using the burn tool to deepen shadows, boob outlines and areolas plus some careful fiddling with the dodge tool to put the highlights of the nipples and anything else back in to give it the appearance of depth.
Ctrl+U to mess with the hue and see if you can find a shade that resembles a matching skin tone.
That's it. Fast and dirty. The outcome, as you see here, is amateurish, but it can be done in five minutes and that's good enough for most people to fap to.
More can be done with more time and some imagination.
