1) Dissolve the European Union, and lynch the leaders that are responsible for undermining the sovereignty of European nations.
2) Suspend all welfare programs for 6 months. All welfare recipients must re-apply for benefits, and must pass background and literacy tests. Anyone who fails these tests and cannot provide documentation proving they were born in the country are catapulted into the ocean with their limbs bound.
